You will know how much an item costs from the beginning and will have no unexpected costs at the checkout.
All our products are shipped from Australian warehouses, so you don't have to worry about long international shipping times and annoying delays too.
Also, each order is supplied with a unique tracking number/s, so you can follow your delivery until it reaches your door.

Order ProcessA copy of the invoice/receipts will be send to your email after we receive your online order and have pre-authorised your credit-card. Please take a moment to confirm all the information sent to your email is correct.
Please note, we require 24 hours to process your order with our suppliers. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, then it will be process the next business day.
Orders in stock will have their full payment processed, and we may contact you to organise delivery. Please check our shipping terms so you are familiar with our conditions to deliver your order.
If goods are out of stock, you will notified immediately and your payment won't be processed.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are delivered between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Our standard delivery provides ground delivery to the easiest access point on your property and does not include inside delivery, package removal, or assembly. For larger items the shipping costs includes a tail-lift and two man delivery.
Standard delivery is 2 - 5 business days for QLD, NSW & VIC shipments. And 5 - 7 business days for WA, ACT & TAS shipments from the date of dispatch.
Standard delivery times are only estimates and they can change due to unforeseen circumstances, of if there is a public holiday or weekend between the order and delivery dates.
You can request a preferred day for delivery in the 'Delivery Instructions For Sell' during the checkout. Orders that request day a specific time will incur additional costs.
You will be required to be home to sign for the delivery. If you are not home to sign for the delivery, there will be an additional cost for re-deliveries.
If you cannot be home to receive the delivery, you need to opt for Authority to Leave Item(s) during the checkout. If you opt for an Authority to Leave Item(s), Outdoor Living Essentials and/or the Freight Company cannot be help responsible for any goods that goes missing after delivery to your shipping address.
Any smaller items (e.g: outdoor covers) may be shipped inside the packaging of a larger item in the same order.
Deliveries may required you to be home if you do not opt for an Authority to Leave Item(s) during the check out.
Orders that contain products from multiple brands and/or suppliers will have multiple deliveries. These products will be delivered separately as they are shipped from different warehouse. You will be supplied with a tracking number for each delivery as soon as the order is dispatched.

Simply return the Goods to the Suppliers premises within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period.
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period starts from date of delivery, or 3 days after dispatch date if no record of delivery.
The Customer will be responsible for the return and shipping charges of Goods to the Supplier's premises.
