I bought the Mix 600 Ethanol Fire Bowl recently. Service was excellent with great communication. I had an issue with freight that was not Outdoor Livings problem and they were very quick onto it with a great resolution. The product itself looks great with good quality build but is far more ornamental or atmospheric rather than a heating unit. I'd happily deal with Outdoor Living again.
