Ordering

  • A thank you email will be send to you right after we receive your online order and have pre-authorised your credit-card. Please take a moment to confirm all the information sent to your email is correct.

  • Please note, we require 24 - 48 hours to process your order with our warehouse. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, then it will be process the next business day.

  • Orders in stock will have their full payment processed, and we may contact you to organise delivery. Please check our shipping terms so you are familiar with our conditions to deliver your order.

  • Occasionally goods are out of stock, if so your payment won't be processed and you will be contacted by us immediately.

Shipping & Handling

Delivery Fees

  • Simply add the items to the cart, head to the cart page and then enter your postcode in the shipping calculator. (Remote  postcodes may incur additional costs.)

Delivery Time

  • All orders are delivered between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

  • Standard delivery is 1 - 5 business days for QLD, NSW & VIC shipments. And 5 - 7 business days for WA, NT & TAS shipments from the date of dispatch.

  • Standard delivery times are only estimates and they can change due to unforeseen circumstances, of if there is a public holiday or weekend between the order and delivery dates.

  • You can request a preferred day for delivery in the 'Delivery Instructions For Seller' during the checkout. Orders that request a specific time will incur additional costs.

  • We also have a Next Business Day Delivery for Sydney Metro Only, for specific products.

Delivery Method

  • Our standard delivery provides ground delivery to the easiest access point on the property and does not include inside delivery, package removal, or assembly. (For non-standard delivery please call or email for a quote) 

  • Bulky deliveries for WA, NT & TAS may require the customer to collect goods from their closest depot. (Contact us for closest depot location)

  • You will be required to be home to sign for the delivery. If you are not home to sign for the delivery, there will be an additional cost for re-deliveries.

  • If you cannot be home to receive the delivery, you need to opt for Authority to Leave Item(s) during the checkout. If you opt for an Authority to Leave Item(s), Outdoor Living Essentials and/or the Freight Company cannot be held responsible for any goods that goes missing after delivery to your shipping address.

  • Any smaller items (e.g: outdoor covers) may be shipped inside the packaging of a larger item in the same order.

  • Orders that contain multiple cartons maybe delivered at separate times or days.
  • Orders that contain products from multiple brands and/or suppliers will have multiple deliveries. These products will be delivered separately as they are shipped from different warehouse. You will be supplied with a tracking number for each delivery as soon as the order is dispatched.

  • Unfortunately not all drivers call before the delivery.
  • Orders that request a specific time delivery time may require additional costs. For any special delivery requirements, please contact our team on 1300 785 191 or email info@outdoorlivingessentials.com.au. We endeavour to help you.

  • Orders with incorrectly supplied shipping & delivery information will result in additional fees.
  • Delivery's that are rejected by the customer will result in additional redelivery fees.  

Returns

Returns

  • If the goods are unsoiled, undamaged and in a resaleable condition in original packaging including all accessories.

    1. Please email us at info@outdoorlivingessentials.com.au with your order number and for us to assist you.

    2. Simply return the goods to us within 30 days of delivery. 

    3. The goods will then be inspected for resaleable condition.

    4. After inspection, Outdoor Living Essentials will then contact you regarding the return payment.

  • If the goods returned are not in a resaleable condition, you the customer shall pay for all costs of replacement or repair.
  • We will not accept returns delivered in person to our depots, offices or warehouse facilities
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in return. This includes the company's cost of 'free shipping' to the customer.
  • Acceptance of change-of-mind returns is at our discretion and may include a restocking fee.

Wrong product delivered

  • Very occasionally we may accidentally ship the wrong product to you. If you have received an incorrect product, let us know as soon as you can. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

Damages

If a product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice after a product arrives that it is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself. The products you purchase from us also come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, you will not be entitled to a remedy for:

Price Match

We try to offer the absolute best price possible and want to have the best deals available for our customers.

So, If you find another online store advertising a lower price, we will match it or refund you the difference (excluding sales).

  • You may request our Price Match Promise within 14 days before or after your purchase.

Simply,

  • Email us at info@outdoorlivingessentials.com.au with proof of the identical product advertised at a lower price.
  • We will then confirm the advertised price, and
  • Match our competitor's price before you order, or
    Refund the difference in price if you have already purchased.

Additional information.

  • The price match promise includes both price of goods and shipping charges.
  • Excludes marketplace sites such as Ebay, Amazon or Gumtree 

Prices, payment, GST & security

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by various methods including by Credit Card, PayPal, EFT and a range of other payment options as displayed on the website and during the checkout process.
  • We use industry standard encryption to keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process. We do not permanently store your credit card or bank information. We will not be liable for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) caused if your card is used fraudulently by someone else, except to the extent such loss or damage is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
