Please note, we require 24 - 48 hours to process your order with our warehouse. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, then it will be process the next business day.
Orders in stock will have their full payment processed, and we may contact you to organise delivery. Please check our shipping terms so you are familiar with our conditions to deliver your order.
Occasionally goods are out of stock, if so your payment won't be processed and you will be contacted by us immediately.
All orders are delivered between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Standard delivery is 1 - 5 business days for QLD, NSW & VIC shipments. And 5 - 7 business days for WA, NT & TAS shipments from the date of dispatch.
Standard delivery times are only estimates and they can change due to unforeseen circumstances, of if there is a public holiday or weekend between the order and delivery dates.
You can request a preferred day for delivery in the 'Delivery Instructions For Seller' during the checkout. Orders that request a specific time will incur additional costs.
Our standard delivery provides ground delivery to the easiest access point on the property and does not include inside delivery, package removal, or assembly. (For non-standard delivery please call or email for a quote)
Bulky deliveries for WA, NT & TAS may require the customer to collect goods from their closest depot. (Contact us for closest depot location)
You will be required to be home to sign for the delivery. If you are not home to sign for the delivery, there will be an additional cost for re-deliveries.
If you cannot be home to receive the delivery, you need to opt for Authority to Leave Item(s) during the checkout. If you opt for an Authority to Leave Item(s), Outdoor Living Essentials and/or the Freight Company cannot be held responsible for any goods that goes missing after delivery to your shipping address.
Any smaller items (e.g: outdoor covers) may be shipped inside the packaging of a larger item in the same order.
Orders that contain products from multiple brands and/or suppliers will have multiple deliveries. These products will be delivered separately as they are shipped from different warehouse. You will be supplied with a tracking number for each delivery as soon as the order is dispatched.

If the goods are unsoiled, undamaged and in a resaleable condition in original packaging including all accessories, take advantage of our Easy Returns.
If a product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice after a product arrives that it is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself. The products you purchase from us also come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, you will not be entitled to a remedy for:
